We're so happy with the service from Ehlers. They replaced our whole HVAC system 5 years ago with no issues. I had to call last week when our AC wasn't cool enough and they promptly came and quickly fixed a small issue. We also decided to use their maintenance program that includes visits every season to diagnose issues before they cause strain on the system that could be more costly down the road. After 3 different companies tried and failed, Jesse fix the vibration noise that was coming into our basement from the air conditioner. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ehler to anyone who is sick of other companies taking advantage of you and wasting your money.
My air conditioner died during a stretch of 85° days. I was given a ‘heart-stopping’ estimate to replace the aging unit. Chuck arrived within the scheduled window the next day and within 45 minutes, Chuck made a $300 repair. He even replaced the filter as a courtesy: above and beyond.
