We had a very extensive remodel completed with Exteriors of Lansing nearly two years ago. They have been very responsive with any concerns since and the project turned out great! We had them; not only replace every window in our house, but relocate several of them. That means adding a window where there was none annd drywalling over where there was once a window. And turning a window location into a sliding door. We also had two exterior doors, all windows, siding, soffit, trim, and gutters replaced. KC was awesome throughout the project, but even more so; every person that worked on our project was extremely polite and professional throughout. I could not recommend them enough. This company needs a serious improvement to its professionalism and communication. I tried to address the issues with one of the managers, and my concerns were labeled as "small" and basically unreasonable-- although the sales rep was more professional and apologetic. He dismissed all of my concerns as someone else's fault blaming the workers, the provider of the materials, Covid-19, and even my husband. Listening and real apology would have fixed the problem. There was poor communication throughout the large project-- the only communication the company was prompt about was calling to ask where the second part of their payment was less than two business days after the work was completed, after a project that was completed way behind schedule! If you want someone who treats your property like dirt and doesn't even respond when you greet them, they're the people to call! Let me start with WOW! the exterior of my home has been transformed and I absolutely couldn't be more pleased. Exteriors of Lansing removed and replaced my siding all new soffits, facia, gutters, front door and front window. Everything took place just the way Tim said it would. Steve, Mark and Steven (installers) worked like a well oiled machine , quick and efficient. The girls in the office are courteous, friendly and always willing to help with questions.
