Patrick was very friendly and helpful! He was great at explaining what he was testing and what he was finding. They were friendly with the start of the phone call to make the appointment. Appreciated their flexibility for a later service to accommodate my work schedule without a major price hike. Then was able to pay the service call fee price to get a 6 month membership for future service call to be included. Service: A/C system repair

Received a flyer in the mail for $29 drain cleaning. Called them and was told the scheduling person was out for the day and would call me back. Called back nine days later after hearing nothing. Talked to them yesterday and scheduled someone to come out this afternoon. Was told they would call me 20 minutes before arrival. No call, no one showed up. 9/14/23 since leaving this negative review, the company reached out to me, apologized, and made things right. They came out and took care of my drains free of charge and gave us a $50 restaurant gift card in addition. The technician (Nate) was very friendly, competent and informative.

Jay and his partner Chase were extremely professional, prompt and easy to talk to. Jay shared facts about my home that I didn't know, which I appreciated! He worked with my budget and went above and beyond the work that was required to make sure my bathroom sink was safe and working well.
