Ed Moore was very responsive to my concerns about a leak we were noticing. Our first thought was the roof they installed back in 2019, but without hesitation, Ed came out, gave us a few thoughts on what could be the cause and then did an inspection to determine the actual issue, which was a cracked B vent from our water heater and not the roof. Ed was very professional and helpful, and has given us the necessary information to address the real issue. I'm very grateful for people like Ed Moore that put customer service first.
