Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling

I had a furnace installed a year ago, then had an Air Conditioner this year. Both jobs were excellent, also had a water heater installed also. This company goes above n beyond! The clean up was also great. Friendly employees!! I’m glad they have done all my major updates. Nice to have all under warranty also. Thanks again Pro Tech!! You live up to the name!! As is always the case, your air-conditioning goes out on the hottest day of the year. And that’s what happened with me this morning. Not optimistic I would be able to find anyone to come out today, I called Pro-Tech because I know the quality work they do. I was happy to hear that they could get a tech out to my house this afternoon. Fortunately it was just the capacitor and he replaced it. He then checked the system pressures, which were way off. He suggested I have the condenser coil cleaned, and I said yes. The coil was dirty and plugged. Afterwards, the system pressures fell in line. He then checked the rest of my system and gave it a thumbs up. I am grateful for their prompt service and getting my cooling working again. Highly recommended! ProTech was amazing! Put us on the schedule right away and made the process of switching to a new AC unit so easy! They worked fast and efficiently even in 90+ Temps. We appreciated all their hard work and will be going to bed in a cool house!
