I had called Tom late evening (during closed hours) and he called back in the morning. He was able to come out same day to do the work! Tom was very friendly and professional! Definitely affordable for the work I had done. Explained to me what the problem was and how to maintain problem. I will definitely recommend Tom and be using his services in the future. I was recommended Tom Allen by a friend who had used his service for her sewer drain. I have had issues with my driveway drain backing up from the smallest amount of rain for the entire 18 months Ive lived in my house, but dreaded calling someone to look at it in case it was an expensive fix. I called Tom on Monday and he scheduled me for Tuesday morning! So prompt, straightforward, told me up front what it would cost (much less than I was dreading), and called me with an update when he was wrapping up the job. He also explained the problem, what type of drain I have, and how to help avoid/reduce the problem in the future. Very happy with the result!
