Bill's After Hours Heating & Cooling

Bill was prompt and knowledgeable. He is honest, and has fair priced services. Our motor needed replacing, not a cheap job, but he did a thorough job and explained the process. I highly recommend him for your repairs! I absolutely would use him again in the future!

There must be TWO BILL's in the HVAC business in the Lansing area. I used this guy over ten years ago on my furnace. He fixed my furnace at that time and 'seemed' to be a decent guy. A little cranky but not enough to bother me then. Now today I called him about the same furnace. It was turning on and off and/or just blowing air with no heat. Last evening when I called him he barked at me but I simply figured he was tired since it was about 8pm. No biggie. He said last night that I 'Shot myself in the foot' because I turned the furnace off then back on to try to reset it. He went on about that. Stating that he cannot read the code now. Then he said that the newer Hypoallergenic filters cause problems by over heating the furnace. That made sense but I use the cheapie filters anyways. Not the expensive ones. What am I suppose to use? Paper Towels? OK. However, I knew it would probably resume its problems even though I turned the furnace off then on. Of course it did. This morning it
