I had an excellent experience today Hager Fox. I called early this morning to see if someone was able to check on my central after having a lot of difficulty scheduling with another HVAC professional. Hager Fox was able to have a technician at my house within 4 hours of my call. The technician was professional, honest, and timely. Will use again!

I could not have had a better experience working with Hager Fox! They were able to provide a quote, set up financing and schedule service incredibly quickly. The technicians did an amazing job, explained all of the equipment to me, and offered to provide quotes on any additional work needed. I am very impressed with Hager Fox and Andrew. I liked being able to schedule my appointment online and getting a text notifying me Andrew was on his way and containing information about Andrew and a link to track his progress as he made his way to our house. I scheduled the appointment late Wednesday night. Andrew arrived at 3PM the next day and repaired our AC unit by 4PM. He was very courteous and professional. I also liked being offered a maintenance plan that will ensure we keep our furnace and AC unit well-maintained and that doing so saved us money on the repair. Something we tend to forget to do.
