Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Detroit

After calling 10+ plumbing companies for a clogged toilet/drain repair, I finally called Mr. Rooter plumbing. They answered the phone and scheduled me in for next day repair even though it was a weekend. Jeremy came out and fixed the issues right away. He was very helpful, efficient, and professional. The plumber who came out to clear out our drains was very nice and did a good job!! This review has nothing to with him and is purely based on our experience with Mr. Rooter as a company. Mr. Rooter as a whole I would not choose to do business with again. During our service we were supposed to get an estimate as well as the clean out, but the individual did not have adequate knowledge to provide a quote (not his fault at all!). When we called Mr. Rooter to schedule someone else to come out that would be able to provide us a cost estimate they wanted to charge us another service fee for them to come out again. We politely declined as we already paid the service fee once for Mr. Ritter to send someone who was not able to provide the service. They are way to corporate and not customer oriented. Mr. Rooter was very responsive to my plumbing needs. Matt the plumber was absolutely amazing. He was professional, through, and funny to boot. The work was done in a timely fashion and completely. I am thankful for Matt being available quickly!! Now I can use the plumbing and have a new toilet. Highly recommended! Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning, Toilet installation
