Mr. Rooter came through! We had a flooded main drain and after another company had not been able to finish the job, we called Mr. Rooter. Before they came, the water went down(a day after the other company), bit we wanted to make sure the issue was resolved. Mr. Rooter came out, used cameras to view our drain, and said they were good - not needing additional service. They also recommended what we could use to help maintain the health of our main drain to help prevent future issues. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter. Service tech arrived ahead of schedule. He listened to my description of the issue, surveyed the basement area and quickly determined the solution. Repair was performed efficiently with no mess. Great service! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Last Saturday afternoon noticed water backing up in my basement. After calling several companies Mr. Rooter Plumbing was the only company to answer and respond. The plumber was at my home within a couple hours, Mike D. was professional and very helpful in determining the corrective action. Mike D. explained what needed to be done and the cost plus what the next steps would be. He was quick and efficient. After using the camera and determining Hydo flash was needed he called Diego who came within 20 minutes with the machine and they both completed the job. Excellent customer service and quick service!
