I had previously bad experience with Weatherseal where some issues had happened and took longer than I would have liked to get everything fixed, but almost 8 years later when my roof had a small issue the owner (Al) personally came out to address the situation for me and get everything fixed up, and even remembered the previous grievances I had, and took extra time to talk with me and explain how/why everything previously happened, and how the issues I experienced happened.
