Perhaps this company is good for bigger jobs over simple jobs, Or perhaps it just depends on the worker you get. Mine appeared to be lazy or perhaps not as knowledgeable to install a modern toilet and toilet seat. The worker had me sign for work he said he was able to do. Once I signed he went out to his van, came back up with some excuse. He can't do toilet but someone else would come out to complete the work later today. But he was ready to collect the $69 charge for coming out....when I called company they said another worker wouldn't be able to come out until tomorrow whenever the plumber is able to put me on his schedule in route. This has become a very inconvenience for me. While their focus was all on letting me know I would still need to pay the $69 fee for coming out,without anything else express. Tell you that there are problems you don't have. The workers were very friendly and pleasant to have around. When one of the owners came out, we magically had a new problem that was very expensive to repair. With a second opinion, we found that this isn't a big issue. The owner where I work had them come out. It was doom and gloom. Second opinion was much more manageable and he gave better options. Shysters.

Winston was very professional and provided excellent, prompt service. The service was very affordable and they offer same day with online booking. This so so convenient for busy households. I highly recommend Levine & Sons and especially Winston Green to care for your heating, cooling and plumbing. We will be signing up for the yearly maintenance plan do eliminate the need for emergency fixes like these and stay on top of it seasonally. They go above and beyond and are very friendly.
