We lost power after a large snowfall last night. We live in Farmington Hills. Without heat, we were eager to get our generator hooked up for our little kids (we recently moved here and didn't have the proper plugs installed yet). Issac answered as soon as I called and immediately asked questions to gather the necessary supplies. Once he got here within an hour, he worked quickly and was very polite and professional. We highly recommend and will be using this company again!
