I'm so appreciative of this company. I had a sudden roof leak that was dripping into my living room and needed emergency repairs. All the roofing companies that I spoke with, including McFarland Roofing Company, Inc., were booked up and required a month or more in advance booking. However, McFarland Roofing Company, Inc. went above and beyond. She referred me to another company that she felt might be able to make it out sooner and even texted an introduction. I was really worried to have my roof fixed due to hail damage in the last major storm. I was immediately reassured when Zack came out to do the inspection and also came to walk through it with the insurance agent. He was fantastic at explaining my options and pointing out all the areas to the agent. He also informed me that I could get a rebate if we installed higher quality shingles and I really appreciated that! The entire experience with elite roofing has been great and I would refer Zack and his team to of my neighbors and friends.
