Called Maddox Plumbing Services for a leak issue under the sink. They were able to help very quickly and were on time. They were very professional and found the problem immediately and took very little time to get problem solved and back to normal. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
Maddox Plumbing Services came out promptly after calling over the weekend to install a new toilet. They handled everything including the haul away. From beginning to end, they were complete in less than an hour. A project that would have cost me six hours or more. Great job and would highly recommend it!
If I could give no stars I would. My basement shower backed up with sewage. I explained what was happening. They said someone would be out that day between 3-6. 6 rolls around I call, he says I’ll call my manager and call you right back. Hour and half later no call so I call back and they reschedule for today. 2-5. They just called and told me sorry they had an emergency I said no I want money back immediately. No one has responded professionally. is Thankfully an amazing company coming out this afternoon and actually showing up! Service: Drain cleaning
