VP&L Heating and Cooling

My business has used VP&L for many years for maintenance and repair work. They are friendly and explain any needed repairs to be done. They always do a wonderful job at a fair price.

We have had one of the absolute worst experiences with this company that I can possibly imagine. We had a mini split system that we needed installed. We needed assistance with it and were assured they could handle it. The guys who came on site were very nice and I can’t say enough good things about them however they did not have the right tools or the experience to do this job. After what was almost a month of fiddling with our system, over four truck rolls with them coming in and out multiple times in one day, and them not fully finishing the job and not having the tools to do it, things went from bad to worse. Within one week of them apparently finishing the job all of the Freon had leaked out of our system and potentially compromised our extremely expensive mini split system. We hired another company to come out and fix the problem and they immediately found out when they put a vacuum on the system that VP&L has missed one fitting after all of that.
