Plumb Right

We have really hard water. He checked out our water softener. Said it was turned off. Regenerated it and told my husband to do it once more. If water doesn't feel soft in a week, we would need a new water softener. He was honest and not out for a quick sale. He is genuine and we trust him with our whole heart. If the softener doesn't work in a week, we will have him install a new one for us. He gave us a quote and we are perfectly happy and confident with the one he will sell us if needed.

Devon arrived on time and was such a kind person. Walked around to see all the issues and he explained what he saw, what needed to be done and then quickly gave an estimate with choices on different types of replacements with different costs. He was efficient and did everything just as asked. When he was done he again showed the repairs/new products. Everything went great and I would use this company again without thinking twice.
