Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This was the second time Roto Rooters had to come out in two months. They were not able to guarantee the initial fix would last, but we didn’t think it would be only two months later! The timeliness of getting out here was great showing up within 45 minutes of my call. Wish they would have been more detailed on the issue so we didn’t have to get resolved again within two months for the same issue. Service: Sewer cleaning

Our repair man was very kind & patient with the fact the city was having an issue getting the water shut off taking an additional couple of hours before he could even begin the repair. He was thoughtful about not bringing a mess into the house and cleaned up after completing the repair. He explained the bill and warranty before leaving. I had a drain in my basement which stopped draining. My laundry wouldn’t drain because of it. I called dispatch and they were really nice and helpful! The technician arrived within 30 minutes. He helped me with my home warranty claim and had the drain cleared within a short time. In under an hour I was fixed and ready to do laundry again. He was great and very nice and professional! I would definitely use Rotor Rooter again! Great job. 10/10!
