Quinn from Roof Ninja Services did an amazing job following through with our insurance and insurance inspector. He also did great job following through with the installation of our new roof and gutter covers. We have four nearby neighbors that are also very pleased. I didn’t think my roof was in rough shape until Desiree gave me a free inspection months after a storm had hit. (I mean how often do we get up on our roof?) I’m so glad she did; my roof was made whole again. Desiree saved me so much money on future out-of-pocket roof maintenance or replacement. I had no clue the insurance would, or even should, cover it. She was really helpful, informative, and professional. I’m not very good with administrative type things and slow with following up with things, but she patiently walked me through the claims process and alleviated the stress of having to deal with my insurance. I feel like she really took care of me and answered all my questions. I was impressed by her sincere desire to help. I would highly recommend her and Roof Ninja - but mainly her. She was rock solid.
