I didn’t think my roof was in rough shape until Desiree gave me a free inspection months after a storm had hit. (I mean how often do we get up on our roof?) I’m so glad she did; my roof was made whole again. Desiree saved me so much money on future out-of-pocket roof maintenance or replacement. I had no clue the insurance would, or even should, cover it. She was really helpful, informative, and professional. I’m not very good with administrative type things and slow with following up with things, but she patiently walked me through the claims process and alleviated the stress of having to deal with my insurance.
