My mom's furnace stopped working, we called for service and was told the service person would be there between 10am and noon. He arrived at 10:46, and went straight to work. He explained the repair to me and showed the old part and the new part he was installing. He was totally professional and pleasant to deal with answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.
I had 2 other companies walk away from my difficult ventilation job. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning worked through it, checked in throughout, and showed their true professionalism. These guys are legitimate pros! Skilled, quality prompt, and courteous. I don't usually rave about service, but this experience was different. They get it done, neat, quick and right. They are the best in the fox valley. They know the residential building code, they stock parts(no delays), it's just what you want/need when you have a problem. Thanks to the whole team over there!
The workers for this company who came to my home - both named Paul were amazing. They worked tirelessly all day to put in our ductwork so we could have our heat on after not having it on for over a week. They were outstanding, with incredible work ethic and an amazing final product. I highly recommend them.
