Empire Heating & Air Conditioning came right out. They send a message or email when they are on their way to you. They did a great job and were very professional and tidy about their work. A great crew that worked well with each other. We are very happy with the quality of the high-efficiency equipment installed.
Dakota and Juan came out to service my AC unit after it stopped turning on and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They arrived right on time and set to work right away. They were courteous and thorough, inspecting and testing each component in my system to ensure it was in working order. Once they were done with the repair Dakota made recommendations on next steps and armed me with more knowledge about my system than I had previously. My mom's furnace stopped working, we called for service and was told the service person would be there between 10am and noon. He arrived at 10:46, and went straight to work. He explained the repair to me and showed the old part and the new part he was installing. He was totally professional and pleasant to deal with answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.
