Gibbs Electrical

It’s a scam. I needed electrical work done so I called Gibbs because they had good reviews. The guy who answered the phone said he needed a $250 service call payment to send someone out. I should’ve backed out then and there, but I needed work done. Within 5 minutes he had processed the payment on my card, easy peasy. But the electrician never showed up. I called after the time window came and went, they said they’d send a message. After I called a couple more times, they said he was on a commercial job and couldn’t make it that day. I wasn’t happy but still needed work done, so rescheduled for the following day. The electrician called me later, was not apologetic, and asked a lot of questions about the job, to the point where I was wondering if he was confident he could do it. He claimed he could. He was unaware I had rescheduled with the office for the following day, and said something about not getting information. But he agreed to come the following morning. Next day he was again

Our bathroom exhaust fan and lights were not working properly. Professional responded to our call right away, showed up exactly at the agreed upon time and completed the work quickly and at the quoted price. Excellent work.

Great service and reliable crew. I called several electricians to have a floodlight hardwired, somewhere over priced, some never contacted me. Gibbs Electrical came out and did the job quickly. The installers removed their shoes and vacuumed the work area when done. I will use them again if I ever need electrical work.
