This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Brandon from Discount Plumbing came to help fix a kitchen clog. Brandon was very professional, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough at his work and explained what he was going to ensure me (customer) was informed at every step. He was transparent and honest, he said his tool (snake) got stuck at a point (may be at the end of the T joint) and started curling up, and had to pull back the tool, and he said he isn't fully sure if he was able to clear it, else he will bring another tool/another person. We tested and it seems to be sending water down the drain without any clog so problem seemed to be fixed. Brandon also answered some questions that I had and also suggested a few things to take care of to avoid some clogs in the future.
