We paid 50% more for DaBella because the sales person promised the highest level of professionalism. DaBella did not deliver. Here's why: - I had to call them back to replace improperly installed flashing. - I was promised that the yard would be cleaned with a magnet but we've picked up at least 50 nails and hundreds of roofing fragments from the lawn and garden. - I had to power wash our siding to remove all the black marks left behind by falling debris. There are sections I still need to repaint. - They failed to install new boots on our plumbing vents. The sales presentation felt like we were in a car dealership. He started by proposing a cost that was twice the nearest competitor then kept lowering it until we finally said yes. I would rather be presented with a fair price and save the three-hour negotiation. I gave three stars because after the call back and our clean up work we have a roof with a GAF warranty. But it was not the professional, turn-key experience we paid for. Serv

Michael Sanders was very thorough when he came to look at our roof and give us options for what work could be done. Dabella removed the wood siding from a 1905 home and replaced it with Hardie fiber cement. Sales people set the expectation that it would look like a bomb went off but the crew generally kept things tidy while working. There was some chaos, but much less than I thought there would be. There were some details at the end that I called their attention to and which they immediately dealt with. Again, the sales people told me this might happen and expectations were set so I was ready to pay attention to this at the right time. The end result: beautiful.
