We met with Ruvim to talk about updating/repairing our roof, which has been needing a replacement for years, and he went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and understand the roofing system they use, the process, and the options we had for installation. He was extremely transparent and made us feel so comfortable with the process. We also were relieved to know we could finance the project! I used DaBella to replace my entire roof this summer, and I am very glad I did! Anthony B, who did the initial inspection/estimate was great to work with. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a million questions and at no time did I feel like a burden. He was great with my kid, too! He worked with me to get a price within my budget, and we set up the full roof replacement. The crew showed up the day that we agreed upon (I used the “flexible install” option, and they had me on the calendar in less than a week!) They did great work, and finished the next day. My family had two sales reps from Dabella come to our house to talk about their window products. They did measurements of our windows, and were really respectful of our home. They discussed about their products, showed different versions, and discussed about the history of their company. It was educational learning about the window products.
