Drew was thorough and helped me feel comfortable with my decision to go forward with the purchase and installation. He showed up on the day of installation which was a very nice surprise and helped me feel confident. Tony, Jeff and Mindy were great! Everything was explained prior to installation. They were professional, kind, friendly, they worked quickly and cleaned up. They were easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns. The guys that came out to install our furnace and air conditioner were awesome! Very personable, professional and friendly. The guys arrived on time and immediately got to work. I am in shock that they finished both installs in less than five and a half hours. Brandon came to our house Wednesday and went over the details of the installs and answered every question we had, very nice knowledgeable. We had a great experience with Total Comfort and will recommend them in the future. We are so loving our new air conditioner cooled the house down in no time.
