We had some big hail storms come through Oakdale in May that really did a number to our house not bad enough to where we needed our whole roof replaced but we had to have parts repaired, our gutters on the other hand, demolished. I contacted Keyprime and within hours Pat Hall was at my house inspecting my roof and my gutters, he really made sure everything we needed was going to get taken care of. Rachel with Keyprime really did a great job of communicating with my insurance so I had to do minimal work for my self. I couldn't recommend Key Prime enough. They've done a fantastic job on my roof. It looks fantastic. The best part was that they took over negotiations with the insurance company and saw it through to a settlement. A little extra on this, owner Pat Hall took over my account when my original rep had to take a job closer to home due to gas prices. I fully expected him to hand it off again when a new sales rep arrived but he stayed with my account until the end. That's a personal touch you don't see these days.
