I am very pleased with the service. Our heater failed during the coldest month of the year. Called Allen Heating & Air Conditioning and a specialist came to fix it the same day. He came on time and was very polite and fixed the issue very expeditiously. I would recommend them to anyone I know!!
We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced and the service was exceptional. Francis and crew arrived on time (8 am), they laid runners to protect our floor, worked diligently all day and cleaned up. They were professional, polite and answered all our questions. It has been a long time since we have experienced exceptional service. We strongly recommend Allen Heating & Air Conditioning
Reliable Company!! I called Allen Heating & Air Conditioning because my furnace would work fine and suddenly stop working and blow cold air after 4 hours but would work fine after it was reset. They sent out a Technician same day and he replaced a filter on my thermostat. He was here for about 2 hours. These guys are the real deal!!
