Francis from Allen Heating & Air Conditioning was phenomenal. His professionalism and courtesy towards me was top notch. He was incredibly personable and made me at ease with having him do work in our home. From the moment he walked in our door, it was clear that he had our best interest at heart, which is what continues to hold our business in today's sometimes crooked world. I hope we continue to benefit from his service in the future!
Zero stars, that's what this company is worth. I took off of work today for my window of 9:30am -12:30 tech to show up. No calls and no show. I called the company twice and was told all they could do was call the tech. That they were behind today. Truly unprofessional.
We were very pleased with the AC install completed by Francis and his colleague from Allen Heating & Air Conditioning. They were professional, courteous and clean, leaving our home in excellent shape. We highly recommend Allen Heating & Air Conditioning.
