We never worked with Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning company before so when we needed a furnace we asked around. We called for an appointment and was very satisfied with the quote we received from them. We already had 2 others. The install went smoothly and the staff was very nice.
Long-time customer based on outstanding service, great service techs, and creative, efficient work. Benjamin was by recently and diagnosed a complex boiler issue in 10 minutes and had matters resolved within 45 minutes. Smart, professional, and very nice guy.
The technician that came to fix my A/C is excellent. The A/C had the same simple problem for the second time and he not only fixed quick;y the problem but also taught me how to fix myself so it wont happen again. I paid for my inexperience but it was worth my money. I strongly recommend Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning company.
