This is such a personable company. They went above and beyond these past few days. They waited 2 plus hours in traffic to get the ac part so that he met their original deadline. Thanks for all your hard work. The misses and I sure do appreciate it. Highly recommend this company.
Danny came out to the house to do a routine service check on my air conditioning system as part of the of the Family Plan I subscribe to through Hardy Heating And Air Services. He did an extremely thorough job of explaining the functionality of the system and some of the required maintenance. The way in which he explained this did not leave me feeling as if I was being sold some unnecessary service. He lends credibility to his trade.
Danny was able to give me accurate pricing over the phone. upon inspection and confirmed issue, they were able to fix the situation without any additional problems or needs. Took under a few hours and payment was super easy. On-time and confirmed appointment the day before. Will definitely use again if I have any AC issues in the future.
