Dan was very informational. He answered all my questions and suggest what is the best way to deal with my problem whether if I decide to fix it or replacing the unit. Jordan is really flexible with time. He came out and gave an estimate and pulled up a few choices. Lets me take my time and talk it out with my parents to see which one is the best and affordable for us. Vitalii and Brandon installed a new furnace and AC unit all in one day. They arrive early in the morning and finished in the evening. We did a walked through after they finished and they explained everything from installation to maintenance. I didn't see Max when he came out to do all the wiring but all the wires was clean tucked out of the way.

I had an A+ experience with Blue Ox! From their availability to make appointments on the weekends, to the FAST service - I called Sunday evening (non-emergency, furnace/AC stopped working) and they had a guy come out the next day. My furnace was shot, and they had the availability to get a new furnace and AC installed the very next day (Tuesday)! But besides the fact that I got a good deal (buy a furnace and get a new AC for free), the main thing that I liked about Blue Ox was service techs that came out (Zach on Monday, Alan on Tuesday). They were thorough, explained everything to me, showed my the multiple bad parts in my old furnace, were professional, and very nice. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Blue Ox!
