The electrician from Nexus Electrical Services came out about an hour after we called for a faulty breaker. We decided to change the faulty breaker and add one more dedicated 20 amp breaker to decrease the load on a single breaker. He was very professional and explained the different options we had to choose from. He restored power and added the new breakers and outlet in about 2 hours. Thanks for the job well done.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - unprofessional, rescheduled multiple times even after assuring me that I was priority and that they would not reschedule. Poor communication, poor quality and poor value. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Did a wonderful job! All problems fixed as I wanted. They cleaned up after their work. Installation is professional. Good problem solvers. Knowledgeable. Nice people. Turnaround time from my initial service call to work completion was super quick. Good office communication re: app t scheduling, who the technician was, and arrival time. I would definitely use them again.
