On the first visit, he talked through everything in a very approachable manner, helping us understand what was good, what needed work, and what our options are. When we had him out months later to complete the work, he remembered every detail from that first visit, and things played out exactly as he predicted! We had Tony come out with Paul Bunyan Plumbing and quote a new water heater and water softener. This is our first experience with them. It turned out more expensive than we thought, but isn't everything these days and you get what you pay for. Tony was very pleasant to work with and very informative.
