Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Drains

I called Paul Bunyan Plumbing in response to a coupon I received in the mail for an excellent deal on a hot water heater flush. My tech, Abe, was friendly, professional and timely. He was happy to let me watch and learn so that in the future I could take care of the draining part myself. He gave me some tips, explained the rationale for what he was doing and respectfully pointed out the things I needed to be mindful of as well as those that are best left to a professional. I was given an estimate on a newer kind of anode rod, as well as a different plumbing job in my home, but there was no pressure to make any decisions or buy anything. That's exactly what I wanted: professional, friendly service and useful information.

We had Tony come out with Paul Bunyan Plumbing and quote a new water heater and water softener. This is our first experience with them. It turned out more expensive than we thought, but isn't everything these days and you get what you pay for. Tony was very pleasant to work with and very informative.
