Called Paul Bunyan the woman on the phone to book my appointment was professional and experienced. She understood what I needed as I struggled to explain plumbing basics! I got a same day appointment. They were able to come out earlier than expected. Shane was great. My water mitigation team cut off the valves to the kitchen sink. Shane was knowledgeable and worked efficiently, even told me about Paul Bunyan's benefits to military and first responders. I've finally found a plumbing company I will stick with.
