Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning

DO NOT USE THEM! They obviously are not licensed to do HVAC work or to legally pull permits to do the work. We had work done over a month ago, have been calling them daily to find out the status of our permit and they give us the same song and dance. “Someone will contact you before the end of the day to update you.” We have NEVER received a return call from them after a month of daily calls. Their “storefront” is an abandoned garage. They’re liars, cheats and very poor business people. They won’t even respond to the City Inspector when he called on our behalf.

Yesterday Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new air conditioner. Jeff and his assistant were prompt, courteous , professional and helpful throughout their working at our house. They patiently answered all our questions, went out of their way to accommodate our requests, made sure that we were satisfied before leaving and cleaned up completely when the job was done. We highly recommend Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning.

Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning put in my furnace last week. They patiently explained the maintenance issues I had questions about. I never felt rushed, and he was very knowledgeable. What a professional crew! Five stars for me!
