Good and quick service, Brian was nice and worked efficiently. I was able to easily get a next day appointment and they came early in the provided window, which was great. However, the service way more expensive than I had anticipated. I needed a main line unclogging that was backing up from 2 sinks and it cost $430. Services: Plumbing, Drain cleaning

The physical work was quality and the in-person interactions I had were top notch. 5/5 stars for in-person service. I was highly disappointed with the lack of communication from their dispatch service and timeliness was lacking: My appointment was confirmed for 8-10AM, and we did not have a plumber at my house until 2:30PM, which was not convenient. The plumber was not aware that I had been waiting long past my appointment, also a seeming lack of communication between dispatch and their front line crew. Despite the good repair work done, I’m not sure I will work with this company again. Service: Toilet repair

Expensive!!! First the good: I really appreciated the prompt response and professionalism of the master plumber who came to my home to repair a busted pipe. I'd highly recommend him as a person and the work he did. Now my objection: He said the work was complicated and gave me a bid for replacing the broken pipe at $1200. I accepted the bid since I would have no water in the house until it was fixed and it was already the afternoon. In the end, it took him an hour and 15 minutes to do the job. I was shocked that the cost could be so high for a little more than an hour's work. He said the cost of the job is standard pricing and is not set on the amount of time it took. It would have cost the same if it took him 4 hours instead of 1. He said that any job that involves copper stars at $800. Wow. I wish that I'd been willing to go a night without water and call someone else to do the job. To be clear, I really liked the plumber. Great guy. But I think Roto-rooter's prices are too
