Called this place and paid for the service on Aug 1, 2023. The dispatch gave me a window of 8-11am. Called several times but they kept moving the window. No one showed up and we wasted our whole day. PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Highly unprofessional and non responsive.
Very pleasant and personable company employee who explained facets of the work he will be performing. James arrived on time and carried out his job in an efficient manner. I would recommend the Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration to my colleagues and to anyone that should require services your company offers.
Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration was incredibly fast in response. They answered my call promptly and I was able to set up an appointment the next day. Their technician showed up at the appointed time and was very courteous and professional. On top of all of that, the price was every reasonable. We're extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for A/C maintenance.
