We had Midland install our humidifier when we moved in last February. For some reason, 10 months later water wasn't being pushed into the unit. Glad I called because a valve needed to be replaced and it still fell under the 1-year warranty. The folks at Midland got someone to my place within an hour of my initial call to diagnose the problem and had everything repaired within a couple of hours. Quick, painless, and informative. Midland sent a tech to do the yearly inspection of my furnace. They had recently installed a new one so it was running fine. I always find Midland reliable, honest, and fair.
