I used Midwest for a roof replacement after storm damage this spring. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed of everything at each step of the process. The project manager was punctual for each meeting and the installation happened just as he described it would. The materials were dropped off on schedule, the crew arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day. Very happy with the experience. Oh nothing but great things. I called up to have an assessment on a roof due to some mold issue on the roof to see,possibilities that could have caused mold. They came out with in a couple days and gave an honest assessment. Told us flat out they didn’t think it was a roofing problem. They also said the roof could be replaced but not a big reason for the mold and that the roof had some life and should be replaced at some point but not a major issue short term. Really appreciated the honesty and also not a roof change needed. But you bet we will ask them to come out again in the next couple years to when we are ready for a roof to be replaced. They also suggested contacting an insulation company and that maybe more impactful for our issue which it turns out it was! Knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. That’s what I’d have to say about Midwest Construction. Thank you!
