We like the fact that Empire Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned business. They've worked on our furnace and A/C both in emergency calls and regular service and repair. All of their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. When we had to replace both the furnace and A/C they made the process quick and easy and gave us a very competitive price. Highly recommend.
Very happy with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning service - Their home assessment, weatherproofing and new system installation work was great. They now provide continued prompt, pleasant preventive maintenance. I am confident that issues that may arise will be well sorted.
Had furnace tune ups and maintenance today. Ken was very detailed and knowledgeable technician. He explained the things well and helped me take a decision to replace couple things for furnace to run efficiently. He came well on time and did all the tune ups and maintenance patiently. I would definitely go back to Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for any kind of heating and air conditioning work.
