I have worked with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning company and had a nice experience. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to install our new Air Conditioner without wasting time and their charges were also fair. They explained everything to me in a friendly manner and were very easy to deal with. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Ken was the tech dispatched when we called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning.He showed up on time and did a system furnace check. Was prompt, courteous and I always value his expertise and attention to detail. Although our units are old, he has never tried to up sell me but has provided recommendations. Highly recommend!
The technicians that came to our place were professional and worked very clean. The units are installed better than the older one. The installations are well thought out. They cleaned the installation site afterwards. When everything is all done, Empire Heating & Air Conditioning managed all the rebates and they came automatically. It has been a good experience for us.
