I have worked with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning company and had a nice experience. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to install our new Air Conditioner without wasting time and their charges were also fair. They explained everything to me in a friendly manner and were very easy to deal with. George is a real professional! I am very satisfied with his service throughout the whole repair of my AC that is not blowing cold air. The price was very fair and there were no hidden charges. Had furnace tune ups and maintenance today. Ken was very detailed and knowledgeable technician. He explained the things well and helped me take a decision to replace couple things for furnace to run efficiently. He came well on time and did all the tune ups and maintenance patiently.
