Steve and his crew have re-roofed one house and performed a repair on our personal house. We will definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. The new roof looks great and the crew cleaned up so well, our renters didn’t even realize the crew had come and gone in a day. There were no surprises and he took the time to explain how different warranty options may affect our roof in the future. We were very grateful when Steve showed up quickly after our personal house suffered shingle damage from straight line winds. His prompt repair prevented any damage inside the house. I have never been more happy with a construction outfit as I am with Steve Gentry Construction! I will never use anyone else as long as Steve and his team are in business! Steve is knowledgeable, friendly and knows how to explain things in simple English! He goes the extra mile with the insurance company and takes all the stress out of a major problem. He doesn't overcharge and does his best to give you the best deal possible. There are no "hidden fees" or "extras" - just a straight up price that is fair for everyone involved! I also dealt with Bob Pries while having my roof replaced and he is incredibly nice, very helpful with my questions and very good to his crew.
