Tonna Mechanical: Heating, A/C, Water Treatment, Plumbing & Duct Cleaning

My A/C wasn't working properly. Submitted a request for service on their website. They got back to me early the next day and said they could be at my house the next day. Got a message early afternoon saying they could be there before the end of the day. After an inspection of the unit(checking temperatures and refrigerant), Mike noticed that the condenser was dirty and needed cleaning. He took the time to thoroughly clean the condenser to look like new. He also noticed a wire was dry rotted and needed replacing. After he got that done, he waited for the system to turn on, but it wouldn't turn on. He found a loose wire on my furnace that was preventing the system from running. The two workers that fixed my AC went well above and beyond any expectation I could have had to make sure we were taken care of. I had family coming to stay with us for an already difficult situation we were going through the day it went out. They were professional, explained everything very well, and offered me options that would greatly expedite getting the necessary parts to get everything working again. Within less than 24 hours of placing the call they had the parts and had them installed bringing much relief just as the weather was really heating up. Going forward I will always VERY highly recommend using their services to everyone. They are great people to work with and went out of their way to take care of us at a time it was needed most!

Mr. Zimmerman is a very personable, professional, knowledgeable and right down good guy. We absolutely love his service.
