Steven was fantastic to work with. I needed trim done on my roof and could not figure it out myself as the roof made it very complicated (and I was getting extremely frustrated). Not only did he have it done the day he initially came out, he also painted it and other areas that needed touch up for no additional charge. Steve and his helper put in a new section of fence for me so the yard could be fully enclosed. They did a great job, and the amount I paid was definitely reasonable, I will absolutely be calling Steve again for any repairs I need done. Thanks guys ????

I purchased a duplex in Saint Paul to rent out - and it required some work to get it ready to lease. Steve did great work for me, from getting the boiler in working order, to replacing windows and doors. All around, very pleased with timeliness, rates, and quality of the work.
