Stellar Heating and Cooling

Stellar Heating and Cooling were very professional, timely, and have great knowledge and integrity in the work they do. Bob our serviceman, was very attentive to our heating and cooling needs and provided knowledgeable and honest recommendations for our furnace. The price is also great.

The team from Stellar Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job! I now have central air that works. They kept me informed concerning what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and left my home looking better than when they arrived. Stellar Heating and Cooling are Real professionals!

My experience says this company is inappropriately named ... they were anything BUT stellar! Our a/c quit working late yesterday. They said they had a tech available and someone would be out between 10a and 1p today. Nearly three hours after the window for their arrival, and three calls to find out the status, I cancelled due to no-show, no-response. (BTW, no one called to let me know the status, either. I get that everyone is busy and overworked, but I had other things I could've been doing rather than waiting around for someone who isn't going to show up. Common courtesy would've been to call and let me know when things started going wrong / late. Completely unprofessional! ) I'm glad some of you have had good experiences. That was what prompted me to give them a try. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
