I used a razor rooter To clear a mainline at a rental property. They came out three different times and said the line was clear but I still had a back up. I called a different company to have the same work done and they were able to clear it on the first try. I called to ask for a refund because they were never able to clear the line and I was told that they did not give refunds. Do not waste your time and money with this company!!! REPLY to razor rooter: And as I discussed, I’m not willing to allow my tenants to live in sewage for ANOTHER week while you constantly lie to me and say the line is clear when it obviously is not! This is the first offer to camera the line (but Anthony’s plumbing has already cleared it) and I’ve spoken with the office several time to get this resolved. You wasted my time and money. I gave you the opportunity to do the right thing and refund my money since you did not do the work you charged me for. Service: Sewer repair

I couldn’t tell you how their actual performance is because it takes an arm and a leg to even get anyone to respond. The person I’ve been trying to schedule with has been dismissive and quite frankly rude. This review is really just about trying to get a tech to come out.
