On the recent night of extreme cold I woke up to a house in the 60's. I knew the furnace was not kicking on. I called, thinking I would get put on a list in the next day or two....but they were out and fixed the furnace in 2 hours. This is the second time in 3 years I have called them and they were prompt and fixed the problem. I am now going to have them put me on an annual maintenace list. I would highly recommend them. My son referred us, told us they were reasonably priced and great customer service. I live in Lees Summit and Amy said they do work all over the KC area and they took care of everything when our furnace went out in February . Dan didn't try to sell me the most expensive unit. He had the best price for what we needed and told me I didn't have to replace my ac(it was on its last leg but I wanted to wait till spring) He just finished installing my AC and again, Dan and Amy took care of everything.
