This company had scheduled an appointment with my in laws (a couple in their late 60's) for noon on Monday October 17th, never called and never showed up. They called them and scheduled another appointment with them for Tuesday October 18th, when they called them they started they were on their way, but yet again never showed up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
