Everything we wanted in record time. I couldn't have asked for better service from Dustin at JJ Roofing & Restoration. We were on a super short schedule, and Dustin went above and beyond. Walking us through every step of the process and assisting us in the Insurance process as well, in how it related to our Roof Repair situation. It felt like we had someone in our corner. Dustin was great to work with. He was helping hurricane victims in Florida when I called, so he sent Donny out to fix our roof. He did a great job, and showed me before and after photos, so I could see what he had done. Dustin kept following up with me, and when he was back home, he came to check the work which had been done, and was satisfied. The price was very reasonable, and I felt as though Dustin was very honest and open about everything. I will definitely be calling him for any future roofing work. Dustin was very helpful and courteous throughout this entire process. They did an awesome job assessing what was best for us to do going through insurance or not.
