We used All Peaks Roofing for a full roof replacement. Their bid was better or competitive with the two other bids we got. They got us scheduled within one week and had the roof installed in 2 days. The roof looked great. There was a miscommunication with the roofing crew. Our house doesn’t have gutters and the edge flashing was installed for gutters instead of being bent in tight against the faisca. I didn’t notice it until all work was completed. We immediately contacted Mike, and he came out to look at our concerns that same day. He took a couple of days to give us different options. One option they offered was even to install gutters for free which was an incredible offer. In the end that option didn’t work for us and so they scheduled a time to come out and replace all the edge flashing so it was tight against the fiasco. I never felt like Mike at All Peaks Roofing wasn’t going to fix the flashing. We paid 50% when the roofing work was started, and didn’t pay the 2nd

After a very bad hail storm I called All Peaks. They came to my home did an inspection and walked me step by step through the process. Colby took the time to show me pictures of available shingles and made sure I was happy with my decision before they installed my roof. All Peaks was on top of code laws and waited for a local vote on a new requirement to make sure if this new code was implemented they would install the new requirement for me, which they did and submitted to my insurance company for approval and payment.
