My technician was absolutely great. It started off with me looking at the Neighborhood app and hiring a local repair guy. He came home over to my house and arrived drunk at 8 AM. After screwing up my electric and disconnecting all my connections, I knew I had to hire a professional. Mr. Electric was exactly that. He was very prompt and found the problem. He communicated all the problems through the service call and kept me posted throughout the process. They fixed the problem promptly and was super professional , and now I don’t have to worry about my daughters room being a problem. Great company. Excellent company. The work is great looking. I had a new distribution panel installed and the Electric Meter moved. The inspector passed the work right away. Over the past two years we’ve had four different electricians “no show” on multiple occasions. My husband saw Mr. Electric in our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Zane and his crew came out to install some new light fixtures and actually showed up when they said they would. We were so impressed that we had them upgrade our line to the house and install a new electrical panel, along with new outlets in the basement and garage. We even had some last minute requests that he did that day. They were extremely easy to work with and we were able to get ahold of them anytime we needed to. Zane has a great personality and was always respectful, considerate and professional. And did I mention THEY SHOW UP!!! I give them 20 stars out of 5!! Highly recommend!
