I went through my Home Warranty to get my AC unit fixed and I am so grateful that Sam from 816 mechanical came out. He was the second contractor that was sent to me by the warranty company and he went above and beyond to make sure my system was repaired. I have a 5 month old son that was not digging the 90 degree heat and the home warranty giving us the run around, and Sam did everything in his power to make sure we Had our unit up and running again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Sam got us hooked up with a new Bosch heat pump and furnace at a reasonable price, and was even able to match all the components necessary to meet the requirements for the 2023 federal tax credits for new heat pumps that meet the high bar for Energy Star efficiency. Our air conditioning unit stopped working and we needed somebody ASAP! A friend recommended that we give Sam from 816 Mechanical a call. Miraculously with his busy schedule he was able to fit us in. Sam was not only professional, but took the time to explain to us exactly what the problem was. It turned out it was our heat pump and he was able to fix it on site.
