We have been using Sam for a couple years now to help us maintain our HVAC system. He’s always responsive and on time when we call. A couple weeks ago it came time to replace our AC and furnace. Sam gave us options and with no pressure let us make the decision which system works best for us. He showed up early on a Monday and had the entire new system running by 4:00. We haven’t looked back. I met Sam when he was referred to us by a home warranty agency. He texted to offer an earlier service time; it was refreshing to not have to wait till the end of the time estimate.
