Don't hire roto rooter for city failure, they are the cause ( they held the city contract and used cheap parts) and deny u copies of the work report job done and failure point with pictures like they said they do, but only if it's not work they did.... hire at ur own risk. I say, DONT HIRE AT ALL... not worth the stress especially for a poo pipe..
Had a plumbing issue pop up with a house I'm seeling the day before the appraisal, I called and talked to Ben that afternoon and and he had a technician come out the next morning the problem was fixed quickly and the work was don't neatly by Nash. Very satisfied and will use this company again if I need anything. The bonus was that is was pretty affordable!
