Bertsch Heating & Air Conditioning

Our Trane unit that was installed last year was having trouble keeping up on these 100+ days. The room it cools has some unique challenges. Justin and Brendan showed up in a timely manner, were very professional and explained clearly the issues and fixes. Our interactions have been more than satisfactory. Our AC system's compressor had a catastrophic failure in August during a heat wave on a Friday night. The Bertsch team was out Monday to give me a quote and was doing the install a couple of days later. They had originally planned on putting in a temp system in until they could do the full replacement. They were able to move some things to get us taken care of faster due to the heatwave at the time and we were back up and running within a week. We opted to replace our full HVAC system due to the age and haven't regretted it. The system is quiet and is using much less propane than our old system. I would absolutely recommend them as they came in on time and under cost versus many of their competitors. They were also able to use the existing venting system, which meant no drywall work, which was also a very nice bonus. Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC
