Great consultation experience. Quick turn around on quote. All the work was done around my schedule. The electrician was on time and very professional. All the work was complete rather quickly. Trinity Electric charged a very fair amount for the work being done. I had a wide range of quotes from several different companies, all the way up to 2 TIMES what Trinity quoted for the exact same work. I did my research ahead of time and knew some of these other companies were trying to gouge me. The owner, Mark, is a nice guy and a straight-shooter. I had several questions and his answers felt so genuine it was like talking to a friend. I say they felt genuine because I had other people quote me who would provide long-winded answers to try and get me to just agree and say OK to everything. Mark was very to the point and factual. Now, Rick (the electrician doing the work) did run into an issue completing some non-essential work, but Mark reached out and again answered my questions and reduced the quote by a fair amount. Excellent experience all the way around. Mark was very quick at scheduling a visit to give me an estimate for installing under-cabinet lights, and also suggested what type to get. The guys showed up on time to install them, and did a professional job in a short period of time. I'm originally from a small town in Iowa and have always believed in utilizing local business. Trinity was recommended to me by my lawn care guy (also local). I will definitely be using them again for my electrical needs!!
