Called to have my weatherhead replaced and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Mark explained the additional cost of after hours work and sent Matt out to do the job within the hour. Matt was professional and efficient. After the job was complete I encountered an issue with having the power reconnected (nothing to do with the work Trinity preformed). Mark and Keith were quick to step in to help even though it was not their issue and it was after 9:00 pm. I was blown away by their customer service. Excellent experience all the way around. Mark was very quick at scheduling a visit to give me an estimate for installing under-cabinet lights, and also suggested what type to get. The guys showed up on time to install them, and did a professional job in a short period of time. I'm originally from a small town in Iowa and have always believed in utilizing local business. Trinity was recommended to me by my lawn care guy (also local). I will definitely be using them again for my electrical needs!!
